Welcome to Core Concepts session three.

Please post reflections for session three on this blog.

This session complements the previous session on emotion, and will focus on love as an activity, where the partners take responsibility for building the relationship moment by moment through loving actions.

In the process of discussing these issues, we shall examine the second of our three theoretical approaches: solution focused couple therapy (SFT).
